The Performance Management System Training
The Performance Management System, which is a continuously evolving system, is crucial for both individual and organizational success. As PharmaVision, in 2021, we introduced the Performance Management System named "PEYOS" through an online training (due to the pandemic) conducted by the expert, Prof. Dr. Cavide Uyargil, to all our White-Collar employees. This year, aiming for our White-Collar employees to better understand, effectively implement, and review important information regarding the Performance Management process, training sessions were held by Prof. Dr. Cavide Uyargil separately for Evaluators and Evaluatees from March 18th to March 25th, 2024. We believe that these organized trainings will contribute to our company's successes and support the effective utilization of the Performance Management System.
