29th of October, Turkish Republic Day Celebration at Düzce Çevrem Primary School
Within the scope of the “Investment from Waste to the Future” Project that has started with the purpose of raising environmental awareness in the society, an earthquake-resistant primary school made of steel construction, with 9 classrooms and 1.550 m2 closed area was built in Duzce, an earthquake region, via a fund raised through the recovery of recyclable waste from our manufacturing facility. Local employees as well as Hoechst Marion Roussel (parent company at the time) employees from abroad contributed to this fund and the school was granted to the Ministry of National Education in 2001.
In the following years, as PharmaVision, our close interest and support to the school continued. 29th of October, Turkish Republic Day was celebrated with enthusiasm at Düzce Çevrem Primary School this year as well.
