TAKE A STEP TOWARD THE FUTURE WITH OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
At PharmaVision, guided by our “People First” approach, we provide young talents with opportunities to reinforce the theoretical knowledge and skills they acquire throughout their education through practical, hands-on experience.
We place great importance on supporting the development of future professionals. Through our internship programs designed for vocational high school, associate degree and undergraduate students, we enable young talents to gain a close understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Working alongside experienced professionals in their respective fields, our interns have the opportunity to strengthen their academic knowledge through real-world applications while gaining valuable insight into professional life.
When suitable positions and organizational needs align, our programs also create opportunities for successful interns to explore future career prospects within our organization.
Vocational High School Internship Programs
Our internship programs for vocational high school students are designed to support the development of the technical knowledge and skills they acquire during their education by allowing them to observe and experience a real working environment.
Throughout the program, students gain a closer understanding of business processes while developing lasting competencies in work discipline, teamwork, a sense of responsibility and occupational health and safety practices.
Internship opportunities for vocational high school students are evaluated in line with the needs and available quotas of the relevant departments.
University Internship Programs
Our internship programs for associate degree and undergraduate students enable young talents to transfer their academic knowledge into the professional business environment and establish a strong foundation for their careers.
By actively contributing to projects and operational activities within their assigned departments, our interns gain first-hand insight into industry dynamics, broaden their professional perspectives and shape their future career goals.
University internship processes are planned in accordance with the strategic needs of the departments and the internship quotas allocated for each period.
