Our company adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. In this regard, we expect full compliance from all employees, including the Board of Directors, as well as our business partners, suppliers and all other stakeholders engaged in our operations.

Under our corporate policy:

•The implementation and updating of the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy fall under the authority, duties and responsibilities of the Ethical Principles and Compliance Committee.

•The offering or acceptance of valuable gifts, benefits, or donations is strictly prohibited under company policy. Such actions, when intended to influence business decisions, secure contracts, maintain existing relationships, or procure any form of unfair advantage, are categorically banned. •All financial transactions are recorded and audited in accordance with the principle of transparency.

•Our company expressly forbids any donations to political parties, politicians, or candidates, the use of company resources for political purposes, employees making such requests or permitting such activities in the workplace. Relationships with public officials and political authorities are maintained in full compliance with both ethical standards and legal regulations.

•To ensure adherence to our anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, we provide regular, comprehensive training sessions to our employees. These training programs are designed to enhance awareness regarding ethical principles and legal responsibilities, while also contributing to the effective management of potential risks.

•It is a mandatory requirement for all companies from which goods and services are purchased or sold, including business partners, to fully comply with the established ethical standards and legal regulations. Any business relationship with individuals or organizations found to be in violation of these principles will be immediately terminated.

Reporting suspected instances of bribery and corruption is essential.
