10. Annual Music for Peace Concert
During the 10th annual Music for Peace celebration, 300 children performed for peace.
The Music for Peace Foundation, who tries to have the sound of peace heard through music and provides free music lessons to as many children as possible, celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2015. During the concert, which was held at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center, five different conductors directed orchestras of different age groups: Vivaldi (7-12 years), Mozart (10-18 years) and Beethoven (14-19 years). 300 children gathered on the stage and presented pieces from composers like Mozart, Vivaldi, Brahms and Strauss.
